Value

What changes once BNI Autopay is running.

  • 01

Recurring payments run automatically after a single activation, so customers do not repeat the process.

  • 02

Bills are collected faster because billing is more consistent.

  • 03

Stronger security with OTP verification before a transaction is processed.

  • 04

Transaction status known sooner through automatic notifications and callbacks.

  • 05

Lighter operations through a portal for monitoring, reports, and reconciliation.

  • 06

An API that integrates easily into websites, e-commerce, and internal systems to support scale.

Project summary

Recurring payments were automated to reduce customer friction and improve the success rate of repeat payments. Customers activate once, and subsequent payments can be processed without a manual transfer or repeated login. On the business side, SPE Solution provides an API and Autopay Portal that integrate easily into websites and e-commerce, so the end-to-end payment flow runs more smoothly and operations become more efficient.
