Real-time QRIS acquiring capability was strengthened so transactions at the merchant run faster, more securely, and more comfortably without a physical card. SPE Solution built QR Acquiring Management (QRAM) as the hub for merchant acquiring, along with Mobile Merchant Apps to support merchants' day-to-day operations. The solution integrates with the bank's core system, merchant onboarding, and transaction reporting, so the merchant network can expand faster while operational control stays consistent and transaction data stays easy to follow.
The channels and features used in the field.
QR Sticker
The fastest activation for merchants that do not yet need system integration. Suited to straightforward operations at the outlet.
QR API
QRIS integrated directly into the merchant's internal system. Ideal for merchants with their own finance or operational systems (enterprise).
QR EDC
The same integration requirements as QR API, but the transaction is run and displayed through an EDC terminal at the point of payment.
What was built, year by year.

In short.
QRIS Bank Permata accelerated onboarding through the development of QRAM and Mobile Merchant Apps, while tidying up merchant data maintenance and delivering more measurable transaction reporting for its real-time QRIS acquiring service. The merchant ecosystem can grow faster with operational control that stays consistent.
