Project summary

The merchant payment experience was improved through a real-time QRIS service that makes transactions faster, safer, and more efficient without a physical card. SPE Solution developed MOM to manage merchant acquiring centrally, along with a Merchant Portal to support transaction monitoring, operational settings, and role-based access management. With a clear role structure, onboarding, review, and merchant management became more measurable — accelerating the expansion of QRIS acceptance while preserving the bank's operational control.

Capabilities

The channels and features used in the field.

01

QR Sticker

The most practical option for small merchants without a POS or finance system. Merchants can accept QRIS payments using sticker media, with no system integration.

02

QR API

Intended for merchants that already have an internal finance or transaction system, so QRIS can be integrated into it via API.

03

QR EDC

Fundamentally the same as QR API — supporting merchants that need system backing — but the transaction experience is presented and run through an EDC device for operations at the point of payment.

In short.

QRIS Bank Jakarta strengthens its real-time QRIS service through tidy governance and flexible implementation options, making merchant operations more efficient. On the bank's side, service control and system scalability are better preserved to support growth in digital transactions.
